It's the Crocus Bud shawl from Ravelry. For some reason I purchased it before I realized it was a crochet pattern (before I realized Ravelry did more than just knitting). It was part of the reason I wanted to learn to crochet lol I soaked it a couple of times - once for about half an hour which seemed to help, but I don't know if I'll be able to get it as big as I want it.
If you soak it longer, that may help a little with the stretching.
